RASHA QUMSIYEH, ESQ.
Attorney Rasha Qumsiyeh graduated with honors from Butler University, with a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar.

Attorney Rasha Qumsiyeh has dedicated her legal career to the exclusive practice of U.S. Immigration Law. Her own diverse background makes attorney Rasha Qumsiyeh sensitive to the needs of immigrants. As such, her goal is to serve her clients in a conscientious manner, giving personalized service and special care to each individual case.

Attorney Rasha Qumsiyeh provides a wide range of services for both non-immigrant and immigrant visas. Her experience involves litigating both non-detained and detained cases, including detention cases at Broward Transitional Center (BTC) and Krome Detention Center. She has extensive experience representing clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as well as in Immigration Courts throughout the United States. In addition, attorney Rasha Qumsiyeh has successfully appealed cases to the Board of Immigration Appeals as well as the Administrative Appeals Office.
