LINA ALEMAN TORO

Lina Aleman Toro has dedicated her professional career in the area of immigration law. She is a full time paralegal at RQR immigration Law. She is also a public notary of the State of Florida. With over 14 years of experience in the field, Lina has developed exceptional problem-solving skills. She specializes in complex family-based immigration cases, consular processing, petitions under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and removal defense. She is best known for her compassion and the dedication that she invests in each individual case.

MARISOL QUICENO

Marisol Quiceno is a committed and experienced administrative assistant at RQR Immigration Law and a public notary of the State of Florida. Marisol has been working in the field of immigration law for over 12 years. This gives her the tools to communicate with clients and keep them informed on the development of their cases. Her passion for immigration originates from her own personal story and the difficulties she encountered as an immigrant herself.

ARANTXA FERREIRA

Arantxa Ferreira is an immigration paralegal from Venezuela with over 4 years of relevant immigration experience. As an immigrant herself, she understands the struggles and hardships that individuals face when trying to relocate to a different country. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from the University or Central Florida in May 2021 and is now focusing in immigration law. Her area of expertise include family petitions, adjustments of status, waivers, applications for citizenships, consular visa processes, and more.

MARTHA AGUILERA

Martha Aguilera is a native from Colombia. Prior to joining the RQR Immigration Law team, Martha worked at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for 10 years in the application support center department. This experience allowed her to become familiar with all matters relating to immigration law and USCIS. It also allowed her to work directly with other members of the immigrant community to obtain their legal status. She is now an Office Administrator at RQR Immigration Law.
